Q: What are the working hours of your Customer Service department?
A: Customer Service is available at (626)723-0782 Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST.

Q: Does Komodo ATV/ACC also produce Komodo brand ATV's?
A: No, Komodo ATV/ACC is a totally different company from that which imports actual ATV's. As far as we know, Komodo brand ATV's are being imported from China by Chironex Motorsports in Ontario, Canada. You may reach them at (613)742-0162 for more details or visit their website www.chironex.ca

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We gladly accept PayPal and Google CheckOut.

Q: Will I be charged for taxes?
A: Only orders shipped within the state of California will be liable for taxes.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A: Yes, our website is a secure page. Our secure servers fully encrypt sensitive data for safe, trouble–free transactions. We utilize the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect any and all information you entrust to us.

Q: What kind of warranty do your products have?
A:  All items are guaranteed to be as described and illustrated. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may return the insured product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling are non–refundable. Many of our products also offer additional manufacturer’s warranties. Please see individual product details pages for additional warranty information.

Q: Will my email address be shared with other companies?
A: We do not disclose or share email addresses with anyone.

Q: Will you share my street address with any body?
A:  No, KomodoATV-Acc does not share any of our customer's information with third parties.

Q: How do I order replacement parts?
A: Please call our Customer Service Department at (626)723-0782 Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our website allows you to pick from a variety of shipping options. Non overweight orders are by default shipped via UPS Ground but could be upgraded according to your needs to a shorter transit time.  Overweight orders are shipped via truck freight and can take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Please, contact our Customer Service Department if you need further details about your specific location.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No, we currently do not take international orders.

Q: How can I check my order's status?
A: Registered customers can login to your account using your email address and password and check the status of your web orders. If you have not registered with komodoatvacc.com yet, you can still track your orders placed by contacting our Customer Service Department at (626)723-0782 Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST, or by email at cs@komodoatvacc.com for updates on your order status.
